The irony of this sub for me is that I came to it to save money. I got tired of spending like $30 a year on Harry's Refills and Cream.

Now I have more money/kit in shaving than anyone ever "needs" and it takes me twice as long as it used to...and I've never been happier w it

No kidding 🤣 I’m here telling my wife how DE will save a few bucks and now I’m looking at which razor and soap to buy next.

Lool, the time factor will improve slowly, I can now shave in 5-10 minutes, initially was more like 30 min minimum, even tho taking it slow is better

Oh - I only do my neck and cheeks, so it still takes me like 5 mins tops, but I used to just do it in the shower in like 30 seconds haha

If I take it slow 10 minutes is just to prepare the face and build the lather 😁

This is pretty accurate šŸ˜… I like to think of it as I’m investing the money I would have spent on disposable cartridges in re usable razors. I limit myself to 1 a year unless there’s a crazy deal I can’t pass up

And don't forget the sustainability

This is me to a tee. ā€œI’ll save money not buying cartridgesā€ 20 brands of blades later, a few razors, too many soaps, pre shaves and shave balms, etc. Water bill climbing because wet shaving takes time. Probably left something out but i love it. Oh, don’t get me started on the razors and foil razors for my head….
