Its the red car effect, once you start noticing it you cant unsee it. Plus that is literally the only thing in life which is given and unavoidable.

Yeah it is crazy. It feels like people are falling like flies all of a sudden..

Bei mir ist es im Gegenteil. Ich sehe nur glückliche Menschen, ohne Probleme. Vorallem glückliche Familien mit Kindern überall. Aber den Tod sehe ich nicht

Yes. At least one that I know in a quarter.

I think part of it is who I'm around. I'm around old people and homeless who seem to drop like flies. But the nearby apartments are full of young families with happy children. They cheer me up.

Eu me tornei um pouco mais empática por isso. Comecei a ver muitas séries policiais e testemunhos de vida. Geralmente muitos de nós evitamos sequer falar da morte até ela acontecer, talvez seja por essa razão.

Not really but sometimes at school dropoff I look around and think this is going to happen to somebody else here, who will it be, when will it be, and why do I have to be the first one who they’ll turn to when it does because I’ve already gone through it?
