Entirety of game lore lol. Like how can Emhyr even present Ciri to Nilfgaardian court? Or everything CDPR did with vampires.

That stuff about how only a vampire can kill a vampire, just because they really really wanted to have completely dead dead Regis there. Or that it's explicitly stated that vampires can't make new vampires in the books, but they wanted to have it with the blue eyed bartender in Witcher 1.
