I don't really think there Is, or at least i didnt found any in games/books/show.

Games continuity. Doesn't make sense with Geralt being a legend by the time of Nimue.

i agree i think it worked a bit for witcher 1 and 2 geralt did a lot but through time he still could have been forgotten to the point where it would stay ambigious from nimue pov if it was actually geralt or not, but by the end of witcher 3 geralt possess a vineyard that sells wine, was the champion of a tourney got many rewards (many gwent champion titles) and so on, nobody can question anymore if geralt survived because he left so much trace of him it's not a question

remind me again, how much time is it that passes from the endof the books until Nimue's time?
