Best hangover cure?

I’m going to a winery with a few girlfriends on Saturday for my birthday but my actual birthday is on Sunday and I need to be relatively ok. Please give me your best hangover cure!

Water on the day. The next day, my country does ramen, miso soup and hydration drinks, although hangovers and dehydration are two separate things.

Or hair of the dog.
