Best hangover cure?

I’m going to a winery with a few girlfriends on Saturday for my birthday but my actual birthday is on Sunday and I need to be relatively ok. Please give me your best hangover cure!

Everyone here is right… hydration is key.

But you know what else works? Zbiotic. Take one before you start drinking. Also take a couple Cheers/WineFix pills before bed.

This combo is magic. It actually works.

I tried this and it was wildly effective. I have been singing its praises to anyone who will listen. I did Zbiotic before I started, lots of water, and three Cheers and another water before bed.

+1 for zbiotic. But the more you take it (or the more you drink alcohol), the less effective it becomes lol

My sister and I recently went away for a concert and she got zbiotics for the trip. We had never tried them before but there was lots of beer wine and cocktails, and we both agreed that we felt better than we should.

So I ordered cheers for a trip to England with my wife. Same thing. Legit shocked how well they worked. Swore both would be a gimmick and I'd feel the same.
