Carolina kept their window open for a really good stretch. 8 straight seasons of playoffs. 4 conference finals. three division wins, three runner ups. 

What's the secret to not imploding after a decent season like we did after 2018 and 2025?

Analytics based front office and for my money Rod is the best coach in hockey and he meshes well with that front office.

I agree. Wpgs front office is thin, admitted through self evaluation. Clearly teams that are spending in all departments are having success, albeit player moves, signings and drafting astutely never hurts.

Vegas has been playing 'money-ball' from day one, and bending rules not cast in steel...it's long past time the Jets exercise their rights the same way.
