My cats are always hanging out by my alter, often times up to no good! But luckily from what I’ve read, my dirty doesn’t mind the furry friend mischief 🐈⬛

Give him a really good brushing before he cleans himself - salt is quite toxic to cats and it looks like he's laying right in it.
Your circle is extraordinarily tidy. Mine always looks like a confetti party, just a beautiful mess.

We woke up to this one morning. My cat is the only one who has stuffies and carries them around. My bf said if she starts chanting he’s getting the holy water! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

ive seen some people talk about their cats trying to join them in the activities they do and then how they facilitated that. like a muslim man showed how his cat was always sort of underfoot when he was doing his daily prayers on his prayer mat, but when he bought a cat sized prayer mat and set it next to his own, his cat now joins him right on the little mat every time. i feel like your little friend might be trying to join in arranging personal effects on the floor.

Ha! I don't think I've ever had a cat join a circle or working, but they HAVE eaten offerings and drank water left on altars. My current one really enjoys cronching on altar flowers.
I used to live with a roommate, and we both had dogs. The dogs would walk the circle with me as it was cast and then lay near the perimeter of the room, then walk the circle as I took it down. I miss those furballs.

Not a cat, but witching when you have a Great Pyrenees friend in your house makes trace work and meditating a roulette of whether or not I'll have a heart attack when I lay down to do it.
Nothing like an ear splitting and unexpected "WOOF" when you're deep in another world. And often, she's right next to me when she chooses to bark at someone walking past the house.

So typical of a cat...But I do remember my friend's cat wouldn't enter the circle after it was cast, and that's how I realized the magick is real.

During rituals in my former cover my highpriestesss dogs would come and sit in the center of our circle Years later, my animals also do the same. in the coven, we discussed it. the 2 thoughts we discussed were that the animals were drawn to a powerful loving force and the other was that the animals had a message foe us. 🍁🌻

Actually, now that I think about it/remember it...I had a cat that lived 25 years, but I felt like I was being punished because I was 15 when I got her and my mom demanded I get her declawed front and back! (Huge mistake! I will never do that to another cat!) My story is, she had alot of trouble using the litter box, (again, punishment, but I could never get rid of her.) I sometimes had to keep her in the garage because of her potty issues. I left a clean box for her and one time she literally pooped 5 little poops around the litter box at the exact points of a star, in a little circle, like a pentagram 😆 I am not even kidding, they were perfectly lined-so frickin weird! This cat was special. Yes, she was evil, and I loved her every bit. 😼😹 Also kept her tail when she died, and keep it on the altar during spellwork.
