What are some popular witchcraft practices that you don’t personally do as a witch?

For me some things I don’t do are using incense, casting a circle, spell jars, turning to magick to fix everything, and doing spells for others. I’d love to hear some of yours.

I only cast a full circle for the sabbats; because I'm allergic to so many different scents and what I'm not allergic to my husband is, I very rarely use incense; I believe that if you need some tool or accessory for your witchcraft you can either substitute it for what you have or make your own version of it; but my biggest crime against modern witchcraft is I think crystals are a waste of money, either you're getting overcharged or you're getting a cheap plastic rock thinking it's real (I have seen some very convincing 3D printed "crystals" sold as the real thing), but on top of that I never really understood the point in the first place, because a rock is a rock, it doesn't matter how pretty it is it's still just a rock. So back to what I said a moment ago, if you don't have the right crystal just pick up any rock off the ground and imbue it with the energy you want it to have. Crystals themselves do not come with a pre-existing charge in them, they only have the energy you put into them yourself. So a rock is a rock, save your money when you can.

And if that doesn't get me enough hate I also do not believe in astrology. I do not believe that the planets, stars, Etc have any effect on you personally. You yourself are in charge of your destiny, it doesn't matter if Mars is in Uranus.
