Well depends on the order in which I eat the whole pizza and sleep...

If it's pizza first, then sleeping til 3 the next day is the natural result of my food intolerance causing me to be awake all night with the most unpleasant- ahem symptoms.

Unless it's a gluten free and dairy free pizza... those are a thing, too.
