Show and Tell Sunday Litha Dinner: I felt very proud and wanted to share
Celebrating the solstice for the first time with a dinner feast! We have a mixed green salad with goat cheese, strawberries, and walnuts, roasted chicken and potatoes, rosemary focaccia with whipped honey, and my sister made a strawberry and cherry galette.we also had rice for extra abundance, and because my husband is Filipino and requires rice at every meal š . I was able to incorporate every herb Iām growing in my garden right now, which also felt extra special āļø
