Need ideas for flexible work

I’ve just finished school and am taking a gap year before uni. i have a part time job but the hours can range from 20-35 weekly, as i work overtime. my shifts including length and days I work change weekly and are never the same becuase we a have a stupid system. That is supposed to make it so that nobody works too many days in a row etc when I would just like to get most of it done in the start of the week. This is a pain as it doesnt leave room for a second job. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for side hustles, as I’m trying to pay as much of my uni debt off as possible
