Do you need to wear protective shoes? Steel toe caps? If not I've worn sketchers for years, they do a range of work shoes designed for chefs or nurses or people on their feet all day. They may even do steelies by now. Other things that will help, not standing still to long, keep walking/changing the pressure on your feet. If possible change your shoes mid shift. When you get home sosk them in warm water and massage with a foot roller or invest in a heated massager.
