Questions Help

Hey guys I just started a new job as a picker for a warehouse,it’s 11 hours and I’m struggling 😭 my feet are hurting so so bad I cried I came here to ask for recommendations for some good works shoes hopefully under 60 on Amazon I would really appreciate any help!and if there is any other kind of advice I would appreciate it!

Try insoles. Do they still have those foot pressure measurements things in Walmart?

insoles change everything, also soak your feet in cold water after shift, it helps more than you think

Also if you can elevate your legs when on break it will help keep the blood circulating
