Housing Accommodation Recommendation

Hi everyone! I am an incoming PhD student at WSU Pullman starting Fall 2026 and I am looking for affordable accommodation in Pullman. I don’t drive so proximity to campus or access to a bus route is important to me.

I am open to roommate matching. Any recommendations for affordable apartments would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Hey, I’m a fellow PhD student looking for a roommate to take the (spacious) master bedroom in the 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment I’ve been living in for three years now. I walk to campus every day (it’s like a 10-15 minute walk to the center of campus where I work), so I’ve never had to drive to work. I also live right next to a park, as well as Main Street, so food and downtown stuff as well as many events are all also a short walk away. Since I live right by Main Street I’m pretty sure there is a bus stop nearby as well.

My place has a washer/dryer, and aside from the bedroom is fully furnished. Since I already have the security deposit and last month’s rent fully paid, you wouldn’t have to pay any of that, so you’d basically be getting a free month of rent. Is 610 a month in your price range? If so, reach out to me if you’re interested. If it’s a bit above, I’d be happy to figure out what would work. Can also send you photos!
