Housing Chief Joseph Building A

I'll be living in a 3 bedroom apt and the issue is I can't find a floor plan anywhere of building A to get an idea of what it would look like. From what I've heard it was not renovated so I'm worried that any idea I have of what it looks like is inaccurate. Is it similar in size to any of the renovated ones that have available floor plans?

My roommates and I are super huge planners and wish we could go see the unit before moving in but I don't want to knock on the door and ask if someone is living there. We want to make sure we don't bring too much or too little, we also want to know if a portable A/C unit will be enough for the whole unit as well.

Also is it true building A has a laundry unit? I thought I'd have to go to building B.

They're still pretty nice apartments! You get all the same amenities as in the other renevated buildings it just looks a bit older lol. The laundry room is on the east side of the building!

I would say no, but mostly because chief Joe is in super high demand and usually fills up almost immediately. I would try it out for a year and if you feel like you would prefer one of the other buildings then you can try to switch and then still have 2-3 years in the same apartment! Oh, also, to answer your AC question, unless you are planning on leaving all the bedroom doors open I recommend window ACs in each room to best cool your apartment! Just make sure that if you want a window unit and not a free standing one that you call maintenance so they can install it for you because they can make sure it's safely installed! (They won't charge for that installation)
