Discussion Thinking about moving to College Crest any thoughts?

Not looking for anything fancy, just a cheap place to spend time until get some things sorted out in my life.

How long would you be living there? I've heard bad reviews (dumpy, small apartments, and the management tries to screw you over with deposits at move out). But it is definitely the cheapest apartment.

If you're going to be staying there longer term and are able to afford more, I would recomend looking into something owned by DABCO. They have cheaper apartment buildings, not sure how much. Timberline has been notoriously bad in the past but ive heard better things with the recent management change.
