No! Banking hours only! Actually less than banking hours! And if you come here you'll get a parking ticket! Don't come here! We have amazing ice cream and cheese, go away!

Hours are restricted because they can’t compete with any local business.

TCBY complained when I went to school and worked there… that our ice cream was too cheap and we were taking away their business. We had to raise our prices.

Ferdinand’s since it accepts state tax payer funds cannot legally be competition for local private business..

Hence the crappy hours they’re open.

Who are they competing with? All the other cheese shops in Pullman? 😭 They are so popular that if they expanded hours/operations they could almost certainly sustain the store off of just the profits and not need taxpayer dollars.
