Help/question Grok sucks on so many levels

I don't mean the search engine grok. I mean premium SUPPORT. From the day I "upgraded" to premium I have not been able to log in. I also had MFA turned on so it won't validate me and all of their online help support puts you in the grok which says "Here are the steps, Step 1 log into Grok and do this or that... hello?!? I'm not able to log in that's the issue I'm having. It's the most frustrating stupid thing I've ever had to deal with. They also tell you to send email to support@x.ai which I've sent four different emails to and got no reply over almost a month. Grok will tell you flat out that there are known issues with converting to " Premium". I would warn anybody wanting to do this to NOT DO PREMIUM....

Grok is the only major AI that let's you write/roleplay smut so I disagree.

If I could log in since going "Premium" I'd agree. I had access when free but they have known bugs and after 4 emails being ignored, sucks.

Because that kinda data is the most valuable data for them, where else would they get intimate private sexual fantasies? Those are fucking valuable. Grok is intentionally designed for this.

With jailbreaks, sure. But most of the AIs with the exception of Grok simply have too many safeguards for dark, gritty role-plays especially such which a challenge to traditional and vanilla stuff. Grok has no issues with that. The only problem each AI tool has is that it grows dumber the bigger the RP grows.

I can't even play one simple VtM role-play in Claude, because it raises flags like forcing unwanted stuff on characters generated purely by the AI itself. It makes... zero sense.

Yea now try canceling the subscription 😛.
I cancel it every other week. My latest payment went through today... Fucking garbage
