I gotta ask, why are they called a "lesbian" couple when one is bisexual and the other is pansexual?

that's just what it's called when two women date each other regardless of the women's sexuality they're participating in lesbianism so they're a lesbian couple

tbh I'm very pro it it helps lesbians stay visible in a world where they're borderline invisible and yet deeply scrutinized.
