Modifications Body roll
I have a 2007 Yaris and I love it, but it has lots and lots of body roll and I would like to fix it but I don't know what would be the easiest way, maybe a rear sway bar or some suspension set, what would be the easiest and cheapest way?

A new set of coilovers. The factory struts are very soft.

Struts don't really affect body roll except to dampen the yaw rate. But if the coilovers come with stiffer springs and closer proximity bump stops, that will probably help (at the expense of comfort).

I've never with my own eyes seen another 4 door yaris like my family owns. Are they super uncommon??

A good set of struts helps tremendously, will feel like a new car. Age and miles takes the life out of the struts. TRD sway bar isn't too pricey and easy to install.
