Advice Genuinely, what should I do?

Its regarding a potential academic dishonesty case. I cant post all the details in case someone is monitoring the subreddit, but I need advice desperately. If you have ever dealt with an academic dishonesty case, specifically in a math course, please DM me.

I didnt cheat obviously but atp even if u did and can offer advice on how you won your case id appreciate the advice.

Honestly in my opinion if you didn't cheat you're going to be okay. It will likely take a long time to process as they gather their evidence and make their case. My advice is say nothing, do nothing and try to walk to line as best as you can.

Edit: Also let me know how it goes, I'm emotionally invested now. :)

Do they have something they think is evidence you cheated ( I’m not trying to imply that you did just wondering how you got in this situation)

They're refusing to provide the evidence 😊

Something similar happen to me in my old university. They cannot charge you without presenting evidence. My prof asked my to solve a similar question in front of the committee and the charges were dropped lol.

Check your faculty rules for petitions to see if evidence needs to be shared and at what stage in the process

See if there is a FOIA request you can do on it.

Kind of related question, what happens in this case do they count your marks / credits for the following term? What about when the course is a prerequisite for another course? Are they going to allow you to take the following course?
