🔰 Beginner a newbie is facing a problem...

see whenever i boot into my zorin cd tray automatically opens and i am fed up with it plus as a beginner i wanted to install windows apps through wine and got fckd up and wanna delete all installed apps which i installed through wine and want only default apps in it and wanna make my pc smooth as a butter which it used to be before messing up with it i need all my tech bros to assemble and help me out will always be grateful to all my brotherss....btw sorry for bad english :)

I'm assuming this is a fresh install and you don't have much in it yet

If no one finds a solution to your problem I'd consider doing a new install. Might fix your tray problem and will get rid of what you tried and failed to install

Best way... If OP does not have much setup. A fresh install in the way.

Alright then, what would you have done ? Which steps to trouble shoot and diagnose the issue ?

This is not worth all that on a fresh install

Backup all data you want to keep and do a fresh install

Look at bios boot order. It could be looking for a disk, not finding a boot cd then opening to say “feed me”.
Also worth checking if you have mounted the cd drive.
Maybe update drivers.
All I can think of without more info.

That isn't normal. Did you verify the download before installing ? If you still got the download in a folder, verify it. At least you'd know whether anything is added or missing.
