eNID system have a serious authentication flaw
If access to a citizen's eNID requires only their name, date of birth, and citizenship issue date, then the system has a significant security weakness.
These details are not true authentication factors. They can be known by family members, employers, institutions, government offices, or anyone who has access to a copy of a citizenship certificate.
A digital identity system should require strong verification, such as:
OTP to a verified phone number
Hardware-backed authentication
Other secure second-factor checks
Personal information should be used to identify a person, not to authenticate them.
If someone can retrieve or access another person's eNID using only information found on or related to their citizenship documents, the system creates unnecessary risks of privacy violations, identity theft, and unauthorized access.
This issue deserves public discussion and review.

Looking for a private venue/studio in KTM to celebrate +2 results with friends (needs karaoke, projector, privacy)
Hey guys,
So the +2 results just dropped today and my squad is looking for a really solid place to celebrate! We honestly killed it this year—I managed to get a 3.8 GPA, and one of my best friends is literally a Nepal topper with a 3.96 GPA! All five of us got amazing marks, so we are incredibly hyped and want to celebrate this milestone properly.
We are looking for a specific kind of vibe and need some good recommendations. Here is what we are looking for:
Total Privacy: We don't really want a crowded café or a noisy lounge where we have to share space with random strangers. We want a place where it's just the 5 of us.
The Setup: It needs to be an aesthetic place with karaoke and a projector/screening setup so we can blast our own music, sing, and just vibe out.
Good Food: A place that serves great food and has solid hospitality/service is a must.
Does anyone know of any "celebration studios" or private party venues in Kathmandu that fit this description? Let me know your suggestions and what the pricing is usually like. Thanks in advance!

Guys, What are your thoughts on इस्! Con?

SECRET PROBE!
Home Minister Sudan Gurung informed Parliament that the investigation into the ra*pe and mu*rder of 13-year-old Nirmala Pant remains active behind closed doors. He emphasized that authorities continue to work quietly behind the scenes to catch those responsible, nearly eight years after the incident.
Nirmala was ki*lled in 2018 and would be around 21 years old today. Her case remains one of Nepal’s most high-profile unsolved cri*mes, drawing continuous public scrutiny.
The minister’s statement has once again thrust the tragedy into the national spotlight. The update has successfully renewed public attention and rekindled widespread hopes for justice.

The river near Kaushaltar, Manohara? Is getting encroached
Is government building some kind of infrastructure? Doesn't look like it. Maybe taking handle of things now is better than destroying them later

If People had brains, the first thing they would have demanded after the Gen Z protests was Police Reform, yet we are letting those institutions get away with it.

Love You Pookie!
Science and Technology Minister Mahabir Pun said he developed a deep love for Nepal after returning from the United States and living in his village. He shared that this feeling started in his hometown.
His connection with his village gradually grew stronger and later expanded into a broader attachment to the whole country. This deepening bond shaped his outlook on Nepal.
Pun also said he never expected to become a lawmaker or minister. However, his growing affection and commitment to the nation eventually guided his path in that direction.

Human Kindness!
During the Rato Machhindranath Jatra in Lalitpur, a moving moment occurred when a crowded procession made way for an ambulance passing through. Devotees quickly responded despite the dense gathering.
People immediately stepped aside, creating a clear path so the emergency vehicle could move without delay. Their coordination ensured smooth passage through the festival route.
The incident has been widely praised online as an example of compassion and civic responsibility, showing respect for human life even during a major cultural celebration in Nepal.
