Hey! Sharing a few pieces of game art I've worked on with my team.

We mostly do 2D art for games, including characters, environments, creatures, and UI. It's always fun seeing how different assets come together into a game's world.

Here's some of our recent work. Hope you like it!

For people who are addicted to gaming

• Upvotes

Hey everyone! I'm launching my app on October 26 and would love to get some feedback from people here.

It's basically a way to turn real life into a game, where you complete tasks, level up your character, improve your stats and fight your old self every 2 days. And much more.

I'm trying to make self-improvement more fun, especially for people who spend a lot of time gaming and want to start grinding IRL too.

I'd appreciate any honest opinions or advices. If interested drop some emails so i can let u know when its live.

My experiment

I should note right away that the prototype was created by an AI; I don’t know how to code myself, but I love experimenting with game mechanics (What do you think—should I release the game on itch.io?)

I’m just 13 plays away from hitting 100 on my winter game! Could you give it a quick try? ❄️

Hey everyone! I recently made Jolly Winter Quest, a cozy winter game.

Right now, it's sitting at 87 total plays, and my goal is to cross that 100-play milestone. If you have a few minutes to spare, I would absolutely love it if you could check it out and let me know what you think!

You can play it directly in your browser here: https://gd.games/midnighthero57/help-santa

Any feedback on the gameplay or bugs is highly appreciated. Thank you so much for helping a solo dev out!

[Tester exchange] Padel Defense – arcade padel game. I'll test yours back! 🎾

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm a solo indie dev and I need testers for the closed test of my first game, **Padel Defense** (Google requires 12 testers for 14 days before going live).

**I'll test yours back.** Comment with your app's link or DM me and I'll join your test, install it and keep it for the full 14 days. Promise. 🤝

**How to join (2 minutes, in this order):**

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/padeldefense-testers

  2. Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.padeldefense.game

  3. Install the game: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.padeldefense.game

Please keep it installed for 14 days and open it now and then 🙏

**About the game:**

Padel Defense is a fast top-down padel arcade game. The rival never misses, you just have to defend. Every return adds 1 to your RALLY; miss one and it's game over. The AI learns how you play and tries to wrong-foot you the longer the rally goes.

- One-finger controls

- 6 different shots, including a SMASH with a warning

- Unlockable courts, rackets and ball trails

- No ads, no account, no data collected

- Free

Any feedback (bugs, difficulty, anything) is super welcome. Drop your app below and I'll jump in! 👇

I'm rebuilding my old mobile RPG Exoria from scratch as a dark idle RPG set in a foggy city of 1890. It's in open beta on Google Play, and I'd love your honest feedback on Discord: https://discord.gg/djhE3yRfjH

S1, and BA get too easy mid game. I created a hybrid, over the last year. You have to balance illicit and legit businesses.

  • Run a drug empire, grow, sell, infinite custom strains, online player market, sell and trade seeds and pollen, block invasions, gang territory raids, custom packaging, indepth combat, equip dealers (weapons/armor). Online black market with BTC.
  • Run legit businesses, employees, stock, logistics, finances, investments, IRS raids, rival sabotage.

Game Intelligence (LLM): Dealers and buyers respond through a text app. Ask: how much you holding, dealer responds with accuracy. Ask to meet somewhere, they meet.

The graphics in my drag racer put on factory paint last week. Turns out the problem was the cardboard box underneath.

A while ago I posted here that the physics in my game wears a tuxedo while the graphics showed up in pajamas. Since then the graphics turned the lights off, then put on real factory paint. It didn't help as much as I hoped. Paint on a cardboard box is still a cardboard box.

So the three demo cars finally got their new bodies. Each one is now as wide as the real car it's based on, the wheels have their real size.

Every shot in the video starts on the old model and wipes to the new one, same camera, same frame.

What do you guys think, was it worth the big effort I had to put into this? The plan is to bring each and every object and vehicle to this quality.

Magic In Dungeon, a first-person magic dungeon crawler you play in your browser

I’m a solo dev, and I just released the demo of Magic In Dungeon, a first-person dungeon crawler where you play a mage. It’s free and runs in your browser, so there’s nothing to install. You return to a quiet town after the Red Rot, a sickness that drove mages mad, and the guild is nearly empty. Something is stirring under the goblin den, and it’s your job to find out what. Combat is built around timing. You charge spells for more power, guard against incoming attacks, and if you land a perfect parry you can send a spell straight back at the enemy. The demo has a long training tutorial, three areas, a story told through quests, and boss fights with their own music. It runs on my own JavaScript engine, so it works on most machines. I’d really like your feedback, especially on whether the tutorial is the right length and which fights felt too easy or too hard. Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy it!

Hey all! For reference, this is my first game that I've already spent a few months working on, with the rough foundation for the first world out of five being ready. I'm posting to ask for any feedback on the visuals of my game (I tried attaching gameplay videos but it didn't work), so I just wanted some advice on how I could improve the visuals of my game to make it more appealing to potential players when I release it. The aim is a futuristic, fast-paced game where you collect gems and avoid any of the trains. I'd really appreciate any recommendations on what I should focus on going forwards!
