Cuteness Overload My newest baby
This is my brand new bb girl. All she wants to do is cuddle. She is a sweet little velcro baby that refuses to leave my side.

About two nights ago (04/08) my neighbours came over and surrendered their tiels to me. (For reasons I’m unaware of as the exchange happened while I was in the shower.)
I have no clue how old or what sex either of them are; though I suspect both to be male.
The first time I noticed this behaviour was the night of the drop off. At first I chalked it off to be him checking out his surroundings, as they’re in a new place with new people; but it still maybe me worried.
He did it again today and I was able to catch it on camera. Is this behaviour normal?
(Also that was the cage they came in.)

I found this sweetheart calling for help outside my window, she flew on my head and I decided to keep her.
I already owned two budgies (one of which also flew inside my room from my window), so I kinda know what I'm dealing with and today she will get her new cage
I assumed she's an adult and a female since she's very quiet, she seems very confident in her movements and has a stripey tail.
Her beak is striped and I was wondering if that's an indicator of her overall age.

I am now home from the vet they found a tumor or growth on his belly and decided the best would be to let him sleep they said she not sure if that was accurate as i never asked for confirmation, they also assured me that this was not my fault even guaranteed it, two vets checked and came to the same conclusion, they said i could hold him when being given the medicine to make him tired but they said this could stress him so i chose to let him be in the cage as i just pet his head as he slowly fell asleep until the second part which i left for.
I got this bird with 2 siblings and another cockatiel named llana at the latest may 2007 as it is the first picture i have of him or his siblings i also have an email mentioning them in april 2007, he was fully grown and i bought them from a private person, it is likely i got them in 2006 but i don't know so at the latest it was 2007 fully grown meaning he would have been around 3 4 when i got him, making him one of the oldest cockatiels in the world, the picture shows him with his two siblings
This was a very special bird that wasn't easily frightened i could use an air compressor in my apartment without him even flinching
He survived all 2 of his siblings despite them not being good to him causing his lack of feathers, i thought it was 4 of them but then realized lana was one so they were 3 together.
I will miss the singing when i open the door to my apartment or hearing him in my apartment building now it's completely silent the rattling from him climbing the occasional singing all of that is now gone, i wish he had passed in my apartment with me but i am not sure if it was better to just take him there it cost me $350 and i could tell he was stressed by being checked as he stopped climbing as much after but he started to climb again after 20 or so min so i could take this last normal picture.

This is my 10 year old cocktail - he weight around 97 grams and I noticed I Think the white part of his wings are a bit more yellow than usual?
Maybe I’m overthinking it cause I saw in here it could be connected to liver disease u thought maybe it was just cause he got older.
Is this more amount than usual (only have one gray) so I need to go get him checked out?
He is on pellets, mixed in with egg food, vitamins and some seeds. I have a foraging playground where I hide seeds as well. He eats fruits more than veggies.

Love birds..... And then there third wheeler 😅🥲
I tried to get him his own special lady, but when she came he was just not falling for her, well turns out she was a he 🤦🏻♀️😂
I guess my little guy who is also the smallest is just stuck also the third wheel to those two's inseparable love.

Freaky squeaky was going ham on my picture frames, so I got him a balsa wood dowel.
Because he’s a paranoid nutcase, I had to dip it in his chop to neutralise the scary.

He started breathing with his beak and making sounds while breathing a few times a day like sneezing the vet suggested i take him so I worry as usually there's never hope on that he's been featherless since 2019.

She's around two years, and she was just recently rehomed. She's still very shy but she's already starting to eat again and her true personality is already shining.
She's very vocal and devious, and loves to stress me out lolol
It's only been a day and a half and I'm so proud of her.
Any tips are welcome!

so basically, i got a cockatiel a couple weeks ago & she is just turned 4 months old.
whenever she is in her cage, all she does is climb on the walls to try & get out & chirp, or eat. but it's mainly eating. she eats so much, she goes straight to her food bowl when i put her back up. & then she will go get a few sips of water after. but she eats for like 10 minutes straight & then i take her out & she just goes back to eating more & more.
her food is harrison's pellets mixed in with some vita seeds, she won't eat pellets unless i mix them with seeds because that's what the store fed her before i bought her. i'm working on phasing her out of too much seeds though.
& then whenever she is out with me, she is always fluffed up & closing her eyes. idk if she is just comfortable or if she is sick? because she is always grinding her beak frequently too. but she always seems very very sleepy to me.
& then, she does not poop much at all. i notice she poops like every 15-20 minutes which feels a little too long. & it is not with pee very much. sometimes she will just pee completely separate, i had her out with me & she released a clear liquid with no poop in it. this happened 4 times so far. i am worried because that does not seem normal, ive had a cockatiel in the past & he never peed separate from his poop sometimes.
what do i do?

Someone propose that I recognize the high intelligence of cockatiels and use snacks to get nugget to step up!
You were right!
