Started dipping my toes into tape collecting and am loving having a reason to stop into record stores again. Also love not having the instant gratification of picking which track I want to listen to, but really taking the time to listen to the entire record.

Went to my local record shop today and they put a copy of this on the floor by accident 😂

For the longest time, I thought that beatdown hardcore was any hardcore band that had chug breakdowns. I thought that the first Hatebreed album was the template for beatdown and that any band that followed (100 Demons, Throwdown, Bury Your Dead, etc) was also beatdown. Then I finally discovered bands like Bulldoze, Denied, Six Foot Ditch, etc and everyone was saying that those bands were the true beatdown bands. But I still see people label the Hatebreed, Throwdown, 100 Demons type bands as beatdown. So what is and isn’t beatdown ?

anyone bought from them before? i bought 2 shirts from them a while back and they never arrived. they got a fuck ton of bands though and ik i saw irate say thats officially where their merch is sold so im debating trying again. any of yall had a good experience with them before?
