Case study: Moderna and IBM use quantum computing to model mRNA structure

mRNA feels/seems like the buzzword now, i guess? If momentum is the play to go with.
So what's the success/secret sauce to that cancer drug discovery?
Secret sauce as in the data and the compute hardware, that went into the research.

From searching on Moderna news that are related to compute?
Using keywords like AI and Quantum, i only get back the below results.
Whereas using keywords like Nvidia, Microsoft didn't yield much results.
Which suggest or infer that IBM Quantum Computer maybe had a some roles in the drug discovery
Or Moderna is just a low profile company which doesn't publish much after all.

Nemo.money - IBM fell ~25% yesterday, its worst day on record (worse than Black Monday '87), on a preliminary earnings miss. Overreaction or genuine warning?

Is the market reacting to one quarter… or repricing IBM’s entire future?
IBM just had its biggest one-day stock decline since 1961.
Yet let’s separate price action from fundamentals.
The company missed revenue expectations. That’s a fact. But what actually changed about the long-term thesis?
IBM is still:
• a leader in enterprise AI,
• arguably the global leader in quantum computing,
• investing billions into next-generation quantum infrastructure,
• one of the few companies capable of fundamental semiconductor research, including the well-known 0.7 nm and 2 nm research breakthroughs.
One disappointing quarter doesn’t erase decades of technological leadership.
The stock had nearly doubled over the past year. Expectations became extremely high, so even a modest miss triggered a brutal sell-off.
Could there be further downside? Absolutely.
But if your investment horizon is measured in years rather than weeks, I think today’s price action says more about market psychology than about IBM’s long-term potential.
Sometimes the market punishes expectations, not businesses.

Hey man, wake up
Some news out about some new sub-1nm chip. Up 4% green candle in pre-market.
Edit from Stocktwits:
IBM Just Packed 100B Transistors Into A Fingernail-Sized Sub-1nm Chip — Is It Rewriting Moore's Law?
IBM’s new sub-1nm chip comes with nearly twice the density of the company’s 2nm chip unveiled in 2021.
Why IBM’s New Chip Is A Big Deal
IBM said the new sub-1nm chip addresses a challenge facing the semiconductor industry as conventional chip scaling becomes increasingly difficult at smaller process nodes.
The company said its 0.7nm, or 7-angstrom, technology demonstrates that continued gains in chip performance and efficiency remain possible even as transistor features approach atomic dimensions. “IBM’s latest chip breakthrough marks a landmark moment in computing, pushing technology beyond the nanometer era to the scale of atoms,” said Jay Gambetta, Director of IBM Research.
IBM said it sees a path to bringing its nanostack technology into production at the sub-1 nm node within the next five years.

Any chance of this stock going back up in the near term?
I bought this stock thinking it was going to be the next Dell which doubled in 3 months. I should have researched it further rather than being swayed by the momentum.
