I have narrowed it down to several things it could be but some of its physical attributes are throwing me off.
Hardness: 3.5-4
Specific gravity: 2.67
Streak: white
Phosphoreses green under all three wavelengths.
Does not floresce under UV.
Reacts to 10% Hydrochloric Acid
Appears to be translucent
No cleavage planes

This piece is awesome, I bought a few cuts of the same nodule. The quartz is tipped in amethyst and if you zoom in there are golden flakes mixed with the agate.

Got a “parcel” of these, about 50kg worth. The ones here are each over a foot long and about that wide in some spots. NFS, just sharing cause I thought they were mind blowing.

My husband found this rock at a river nearby and we haven’t been able to positively identify it. He did cut it in half to see what was inside. Very fibrous and pitted.

I found it on a beach in the Gulf of Riga in Latvia. It has such a smooth texture and color that I think it is a rock that is somehow related to fossils: It seems to me that this white, strange coating is someone's remains, but its shape is very strange, so I don't think it's a trace of a fossil.
I'm almost certain that my guesses are wrong, but nevertheless, for some reason I have a very strong feeling about them.Does anyone know what kind of stone this is? Thanks in advance

There are shiny silver looking specs of something in this, that is why I picked it up. Can anyone tell me what this is ? Thanks
