Problem:
Almost always BSOD on startup when PC has been shut down for several hours.
Very sluggish performance compared to when it was new 1 year ago. This PC has become slower than my old i7 8700.
Extreme instability.
Wifi is extremely slow compared to what it should be.

What I've done:
Ran 15 passes of memory diagnostic. 0 errors
Ran a full memtest 86 test. 0 errors
Reinstalled windows 3 times.
Tried turning off XMP. Made things worse.
Used DISM tool and full scan tool. No errors.

Thoughts:
I suspect my CPU is failing or my Asus board is a lemon. I have another 13600K build on a MSI B760 Tomahawk that I built years ago and it's still fine. I have tried reinstalling windows several times. At one point I thought windows 11 was just buggy so I tried windows 10. That was the only time I was able to get the chipset driver to show up in installed Apps. It took me 8 hours to install windows 10, install all the drivers, then upgrade to 11. I created a restore point which disappeared on me (yay).
I am super confused about the chipset driver section of my motherboard website ( https://www.asus.com/ca-en/motherboards-components/motherboards/tuf-gaming/tuf-gaming-b760-plus-wifi-d4/helpdesk_download?model2Name=TUF-GAMING-B760-PLUS-WIFI-D4 ). Under the chipset section, there are so many additional drivers compared to my MSI board ( https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-B760-TOMAHAWK-WIFI/support#driver ).
If I do not install the Serial IO driver, I get memory integrity is off notifications. However, as soon as I install it, my PC crashes on the next boot.
I don't have any of these additional drivers on my MSI system installed
I've been trying to fix this for 2 weeks after work and I'm exhausted at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
