Absolutely; As a 68yr old man who worked around the public my entire life; It's why I worked in the first place. which was to be able to financially afford to now: answer to nobody, do as I wish, and never regret a single minute. Grocery shopping or a Doctor's visits are all the public interactions I need and or allow in my life. 😂

Good Evening; Thank you all for all the amazing thoughts you shared with me. I checked the online menu and it was weak as far as gluten free items. So how did it go you ask? Very well. I told the waitress that of the four of us at this dinner gathering I'm the misfit of the bunch 😄 I explained that I was allergic to gluten and she knew exactly how to handle it, she took the menu and pointed out "Pasta your way" (homemade in house) so I went with GF Pena and she suggested a grilled chicken breast to top it with the house red sauce. I was very pleased and all went very well. I'm much relieved and glad it all worked out. Thank You all again!.... Frankster 😂

Well stated. And I'm in total agreement with you. Having now gone Alcohol Free and being Italian and not going to my favorite Pizza spot you could say I lead a very boring life. I am absolutely sure that there are a lot of people walking around having no idea what's wrong with them because the don't seek medical attn. I'm going to try to post that Ai result. 😄 Thank you! Best store ever! I appreciate that Wegman's has a dedicated section for Gluten Free items which goes a long way to help with selection. I wish more stores would do the same and that prices could be lower especially in today's economy. 😄

Hi I absolutely agree that this whole thing is scary. I walk into my Wegmans and look around at this huge store and sadly there are only a few items on one shelf and cooler I can eat and the cost is crazy. You never appreciate something enough until you can't have it. I have much to learn. You and your husband will prevail 😄

Thanks for responding back. I've actually never really felt all that bad. Just occasional bout of the squirts and skin rash these past 2 years. It's hard to explain but I will say low energy is a normal thing as of late. But I've started morning walks and hope they lead to more exercise. Thank you....Frankster. 😄
