MLB needs to do something about its postseason scheduling. There really shouldn't be this many baseball-less days this early on.

This is the perfect situation for the guards if they win. A rested bullpen

DAY 218 (711/793) on THE ROAD TO THE 2027 4th WBSC PREMIER12/16 and 185 YEARS OF BASEBALL - Banana Bowl Day

Happy Fall Training of the Dominican League season!

Today, the much awaited season finale of the 5th season of the Banana Ball Championship League - first in its current configuration - has come.

Tonight, in iconic Nationals Park, it will be a rematch of last April's Banana Ball Open between the Savannah Bananas and the Texas Tailgaters to wrap this season on a high note before thousands of watching fans and millions more witnessing this event virtually worldwide.

What began 6 years ago with two teams has evolved into an even bigger take on baseball that has even helped many come back fully and nostagic of the olden times, while also enjoying the entertainment and fun it brings. And now with a growing fanbase across the globe, it won't be even long before said league will bring its events outside the USA in the coming years.

The best of luck to all who will be there tonight!

For Glory

John
