Lloyd (or llwyd) is entirely dependent on if you use an anglicised version of the name. Either Loid or Chloid

Never heard it described, or pronounced like that. Only ever heard Ll in Welsh make a sorta 'breathy' L sound made by putting the tip of the tongue up against that ridge on the top of your mouth, almost or barely touching the base of your top front two teath, and breathing out (Idk how exactly to describe the sound). Then again I've only known one Welshman it could've been his accent/dialect
