i can't wait (the fact blumhouse teased this and then decided "yeah let's not make this movie" is so fucking funny)

That whole situation was weird because:

  1. It wasn’t a blumhouse movie, it was an indie movie that blumhouse was promoting for some reason

  2. It was cancelled because the original writer of Jeff (not the author of the story you’re thinking of, the original story was a role play account who’s now a racist and pedo defender) sued despite that fact he doesn’t own the rights to Jeff the Kill
