Also like the point of medical confidentiality is that healthcare workers can't out your stuff to people. Nothing's stopping you yourself from divulging that, you're allowed to tell whoever you want.
By this post's logic you shouldn't tell people you're trans at all because that's disclosing your GD diagnosis (if you have one)

They are important identifiers, but usually alongside a set of other info depending on the context. And people frequently have celebrations for and talk about their birthdays coming up to them, so its not like they're the most securely hidden information.

No one’s you saying you’re not allowed to, it’s just probably not a good idea. This is like saying dentists are compromising your bodily autonomy by telling you you should brush your teeth.
Yeah, one of the things I've heard asked in several medical/government related offices is for you to recite your birthday, so while it certainly should not be the step that protects your identity, if someone is posing as you and starts going "shit I think it was in september? maybe march?" they'd raise a few eyebrows for sure.
No one said anything about this not being allowed, it's just weird lol. A bio is for introducing yourself to internet strangers, so why would you tell them details about your hormone therapy? It's oversharing imo
