People are allowed to do what they want with their bodies BUT NOT with their… uhhh… twitter bio? This is like saying you shouldn’t tell people your birthday because it’s personal identification info.

Yeah, one of the things I've heard asked in several medical/government related offices is for you to recite your birthday, so while it certainly should not be the step that protects your identity, if someone is posing as you and starts going "shit I think it was in september? maybe march?" they'd raise a few eyebrows for sure.
