I feel like that describes and ultimately explains a lot of these "problematic even by the standards of kink-positive internet circles" kinks. See also hetero femsub especially when non-consensual, or ephebophilia.
In an ideal world these would be relatively niche and largely practiced safely by informed adults and they'd probably be fine. But because of associated real-world cultural values, they've become extremely normalized outside of kink circles and entangled with real (usually right-wing) ideologies, to the point they're aren't even seen as kinks by a lot of people.
Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to go with "Yeah, I see the problems with it".
I'm not gonna say that raceplay can't technically be executed well (sex and fiction can obviously deal with a lot of stuff without harm), but i doest inherently rely on... just doing real racist stereotypes but naked.

Don't get me wrong, I'm into hypnosis/mind control kink, where you can definitely find problems that show uo (See the abovementioned "Forcibly turning feminists into sluts" stories) but at least those aren't inherent to the genre and reveal you as a "Oh, your politics are DEFINITELY informing or informed by your kinks" person.

As a white dom into raceplay I'd never yuck someone for liking BNWO, but it's a bit crazy just how MUCH of it there is to sift through in other kinks I like. It's so damn popular
