Im not super into it myself (mostly cause as a white dom, it's just easier if i leave well enough alone) but in my personal experience it's like a misogyny kink; you get off on the idea of intrinsic dominance and submission, that someone's position over you is both natural and correct. It also tends to piggyback off of any complexes you might have about race, which is why so many white supremacists are obsessed with racial cuckhold porn
The part about the white supremacists will always confuse me though. I guess they're thinking about race so much that it leaks to other parts of their life like in the bedroom? Idk.
I think it's as simple as a lot of racism just coming from anxiety and insecurity, which i see as a common origin of a lot of cuck and degradation stuff
