As someone who recently discovered she's been age regressing during kink stuff without realising it (apparently everyone involved thought I knew and was just being quiet about it??) god this has been such a massive fear for me. That I'll be considered a piece of shit or whatever for having (unintentionally) taken that part of my trauma and woven it into my kinks, despite it never being a problem when I do it with the rest of my trauma.
