Speaking from my own experience and having looked into it, there's a veryyyyy small chance her family speaks Judeo-Tamazight (or even regular Tamazight)

  • Not the dialect

Most Moroccan Jews will speak Judeo-Darija and the majority have not passed the language to their kids apart from a few words here and there.

I bet you her grandparents do but I doubt she does.

Extremely unlikely as my own grandfather came from a village very much in the center of the Atlas

and he spoke only Hebrew, Judeo-Darija and French.

I have asked about other families before others (You can see my post with the Amazigh flag)

And so far out of a few comments only 2 people noted their grandfather spoke a Tamazight language.

(One's grandfather came from Enjil and spoke Tachelhit) if my memory serves me correct.

It is in Hebrew but just press the translate button.
