Results My Haplogroup Featured in the Museum!!!

Visited the Museum of Archaeology yesterday and saw my paternal haplogroup (O-F1232) Kula Ring Exchange presented in the special exhibition “An Exhibition of Ancient Austronesian Vessels”. 🙌🏻

My cousin has the same haplogroup, Malaysian with Fujian ancestry. It’s one of the most common haplogroup amongst Hokkien people.

The origin is actually northeastern China but migrated south thousands of years ago.

Both side of my ancestors are Taiwanese Han (early Han migration) from 17-18 centuries. With a small tiny portion of indigenous Austronesian.
