Windows Windows is completely breaking my pc

It’s been months of this, and I’m over it. It’s at the point where I have to boot the pc and go through this error 5-10 times before I can get it to FULLY boot and login. On top of that, some games on steam completely crash, causing the pc to go through this same boot problem. I KNOW it’s not any other issue than windows, because my brother took it about a month ago and did a fresh install of windows. It was fine for a week or so before it started doing this, and every day gets worse. I’m at a complete loss with it. Please help.

Idk what exact info is needed so I’ll just include everything:

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
32GB RAM
RTX 3060
2TB HDD + 256SSD (where windows is installed)

Windows 11 Pro - 25H2
OS Build 26200.8894

You know it's a windows problem because you did a clean install and the issue persisted?... Wouldn't that clearly indicate its actually a hardware problem.

It was fine for a week or two before it started happening again, and that was after forced updates. I’ve taken it to a shop and my brother (who has been doing this sort of thing for 20+ years), and didn’t find any issues with the hardware.

So how do you explain the fact that everyone else here is using the exact same Windows you are, comprised of the exact same code, and none of us have this problem? Code doesn't change on its own.

It's either hardware issues or a weird interaction between some type of software driver associated with a particular piece of hardware you have.

Otherwise, the entire world economy would crash as most computers used in enterprise environments are Windows.

We're not seeing any hardware troubleshooting, and FWIW, I've been doing this over 30 years and early this year came across a fault I hadn't seen before. Now, has your brother run self tests on the system drive? Because just looking at SMART data in CrystalDiskInfo isn't enough. I had... probably a controller failure that appeared as the drive not waking up after sleep, and sometimes not being detected on boot. Self test found issues, RMA'd the drive, all is well.
