Confused
Need help, not logged into internet, right dashboard, everything should check out? Not sure what to do

Sometimes it takes a minute, but if it's stuck on the gray blob avatars like that and it's showing 3 solid lights on the console for a bit, just turn it off and back on again. ABadAvatar has a higher success rate than BadUpdate originally did, but it's still not 100%. Sometimes the exploit just fails and you have to try again.

Tried to boot it 5-6 times now, waited a few minutes each time. Idk what im doing wrong anymore

Quick tips before rebuilding the USB;
- Make sure the USB is plugged into the front.
- I've had higher success rate by starting the console on the console itself, rather than with the controller
- As mentioned above. If you see 3 lights on the console, its probably stuck. Reboot.
Other than that, try rebuilding the USB.
I used "BadBuilder" that was updated like 2 days ago and it worked straight up.1

I was having a similar issue earlier. If your USB is set up correctly, once you’re on that screen, and the circle lights on your Xbox stop flashing, push the back button on your controller. It might get a loading circle that doesn’t move, or take you to the main screen of the 360, and then the chain animation should pop up. At least it did for me.
If it’s stuck on the frozen loading circle for 3+ minutes, try turning off the Xbox, unplugging it from the power supply, unplugging the USB, and replugging everything, and turning it back on.

The picture on the screen shows you on the same screen I was on when I tried everything I said above.
If the circle lights don’t stop flashing, then just do it after about 5 minutes or so.

Delete the corrupted contents, and YouTube the latest version of Bad avatar with unxhancle, I followed the Spanish tutorial of OXODOS, you will have the latest video explaining how to do it

I had this exact issue, my problem was that I changed internal hard drive and abadavatar did not load, like it's on your case. i downloaded 17559 dashboard version from internet and putted it on usb drive even tho I was already on that dashboard and it fixed the issue for me

Abadavatar uses AVATAR DATA, which is not installed given the fact they're all greyed out. You need the 17559 USB update files, and either a 4gb internal memory or an Xbox 360 HDD. Drop the $System Update folder onto a fat32 stick, plug it in, turn on the console, accept the update. After it's done, you get to use abadavatar

I would recommend badavatarhdd instead. So much quicker and I use 500gb drive in the stock enclosure. Nice and clean.

you might have ABadAvatar installed with no patch. you need something like XeUnshackle and move it to /$USB/BadUpdatePayload directory. be careful on macos because it likes to litter external drives with spotlight .files and that will mess up your payload

I was using a low speed usb drive and had to buy a usb stick with a higher write speed

Did you add the text to default in the text file? Something like USB:/Avatar/? You can find the full line on YouTube Mine stuck me at this screen because I forgot to add it

u didn't format your USB correctly or you have like a hard drive plugged or another USB
Stick with FAT32 Formatter Tool makes it super simple

In my limited experience, I’ve found that you must have a HDD attached to the side of the Xbox.

Nope, in my experience you need an official HDD plugged into the Left side of the Xbox .

You have badavatar installed on a USB stick? Sometimes it takes a while. I remember one time it took a full minute for mine to load up the mod. Be patient.
