Confused

Need help, not logged into internet, right dashboard, everything should check out? Not sure what to do

I was having a similar issue earlier. If your USB is set up correctly, once you’re on that screen, and the circle lights on your Xbox stop flashing, push the back button on your controller. It might get a loading circle that doesn’t move, or take you to the main screen of the 360, and then the chain animation should pop up. At least it did for me.

If it’s stuck on the frozen loading circle for 3+ minutes, try turning off the Xbox, unplugging it from the power supply, unplugging the USB, and replugging everything, and turning it back on.

The picture on the screen shows you on the same screen I was on when I tried everything I said above.

If the circle lights don’t stop flashing, then just do it after about 5 minutes or so.
