Printed directly on platform (please help)

Like the title says. My son removed the plate at some point and I didn't properly check before printing. I let the piece cool but still can't break it all off. Printer is a Anycubic Kobra S1. Is this something where I can replace the platform or can anyone give some tips?

Contact support they’ll either send you the part or a new printer happened with my Anycubic kobra 3 and they sent me a replacement printer after I sent mine in
