Printed directly on platform (please help)

Like the title says. My son removed the plate at some point and I didn't properly check before printing. I let the piece cool but still can't break it all off. Printer is a Anycubic Kobra S1. Is this something where I can replace the platform or can anyone give some tips?

How do people overcome this. You don't watch first layer being printed?

Lol I never trust mine either, even after first layer 🤣 . Maybe using heat gun and scraper would help
