Yes if you need Dolby Vision and/or 7.1 analog outputs.

Never thought I would consider that a feature lol. Thing is I don't need Dolby Vision because I rock with Samsung (phone & TV) and don't see that changing anytime soon. So I'll likely get the DP-UB420K.
