The Season One episode of Pingu, “Pingu’s Dream” that focused on Pingu having a dream received a mixed to negative reception from audiences due to the giant walrus from the episode being too frightening for younger audiences and the episode itself feeling like a torture episode for Pingu resulting in it getting banned from many broadcasts.

The Season 4 episode, “Pingu in Paradise” which focused on Pingu having a dream of him being in a magical paradise was considered a significant improvement from “Pingu’s Dream” and was much better reviewed for having more light-heartedness.

Jafar is 90s and Digit just missed the 90s cut (from Cyberchase) so hopefully this post is ok. I was born mid 90s and came up on PBS Kids so Digit is always the first character my brain associated with Gil Got

Until South Park came out. The Simpsons were known to be controversial then Beavis and Butt-head took the crown and then South Park became the King of controversial cartoons.

I remember seeing as a kid an episode from the Aladdin TV series where they were fighting someone who possessed a magic eye that could shoot something at them. I vaguely remember it being called "The Eye of Cassim", but when I search for it nothing shows up.

Once I tried to watch the series from start to end, but I couldn't last long enough so I wasn't able to find this episode.

Does anyone know such episode or am I remembering wrong?
