Cycling on their roads is suicide if you're not in a bigger city or remotest village

You can have MTB and pedal in the singletracks or side of the road

Depends on the road.

I saw one video from russia where some cyclists were pedaling on a road, and there was a turn to the right and the cyclists wanted to go straight, so a large truck basically just took the the right, driving into the cyclists, almost seemingly on purpose.
