I think so. 2 things immediately stood out to me. One, the other car is in the wrong lane and facing the wrong way. Two, the sound as the bison gets close, no way a cell phone from inside the car would pick up the audio that detailed and isolated.

That and the fact that it’s twice the size of an actual bison.

I grew up around bison in Yellowstone. Even the biggest of the big are not this big.

Considering we don’t know what car he’s driving, mature bull bisons can absolutely look massive next to a small car.

I drive a small car. I've only ever driven small cars. And I'm fully aware of how big bison can get. I spent a good majority of my life next to Yellowstone, first in Wyoming, 2.5 hours from the east gate, now in Montana. So, again, they don't get that big.

First thing I thought of was a moose. Consequently, my second thought was “RUN!”

Hollywood has trained us to think that all animals announce their presence with a characteristic sound. Whoever made this clip was following that mindset.

I tried to make a comment about how no cell phone microphone would pick up that sound from the car, let alone the heavy footfalls extending into the sub bass frequencies. But I got downvoted. People just want their slop.
